How soon will KALI Hue ship my order after its placed?
We ship most orders from our Los Angeles, CA facility. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS. Deliver typically takes 3 to 5 days after leaving our facility.
What is KALI Hue's shipping cost?
Clothing and accessories ship free of charge to addresses within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. All other items ship for a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95. At this time, we do not ship outside of the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
How can I track my order?
We'll send you an email to confirm your order and to let you know when your order ships. You can also view your order status at anytime by logging into the Customer Accounts portal.
What is KALI Hue's Return Policy?
We trust you'll love your item but in the event you need to return it, returns are easy at KALI Hue. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start the return process?
To start a return, you can login to your customer account using the link in the upper right hand corner of our home page or go to https://account.kalihue.com and submit a return request. Please include your order number, the date of purchase, and reason for return.
Is there a charge or fee for returns?
Nope. After your return request is started, please allow 24 to 48 business hours for us to review your return request. Once approved, you'll receive a shipping label to return your item(s). Package your item, place the return label on it, and take it to the designated carrier for mailing. Items must be shipped within 7 days of shipping label creation to be eligible for return.
What do I do if my item was damaged during transit?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@kalihue.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
Are there any exceptions to your return policy?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sales or gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as opened or used beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
